About Me. 

Deco mobile Hair styling is owned and managed by myself, Sophia Bailey and has been established since 2011. 

I completed my initial NVQ level 2 and 3 training at Reflections Training Academy in Birmingham, where I received the hairdresser of the year Gold award for avant-garde styling and the West Midlands Skills of Excellence gold award. 

I then gained 5 years salon experience working at Graham Joseph in Halesowen where I received regular customer service and technical colour training with Wella and Sassoon. 
I started this business because I believed that having your hair done should be not only a necessity, but a necessary luxury and one that is affordable to all.
